Mastering the Hardstyle Kettlebell Workshop
Kettlebells today are becoming more and more popular, but don't be fooled by commercials, big box gyms, or the demos you see on youtube. The kettlebell is not the answer...how you use the kettlebell is the answer. True kettlebell training is about safety, technique and addressing movement compensation. Our two hour workshop is designed to introduce you to:
- What is a kettlebell and how is it different from traditional tools
- Principles of Training
- The primary kettlebell drills
- Importance of standards and progressions
- Safety, Safety, Safety
This workshop will teach the principles that apply not only to gold standard kettlebell training, but also a professional approach to health and fitness. Our Certified Russian Kettlebell Instructors will show you the primary kettlebell moves, as well as, how to move beyond the amateur approach to training. We will give you a glimpse of how the best, strongest and most fit athletes in the world plan their work and then take a step-by-step move through the progressions that bring them to their goals. This workshop is about kettlebells and how the best of the best don't just perform random acts of variety. Instead, they use a proven and reliable system that guarantees they will meet their goals safely, efficiently and without the guess work. Come learn the process that will set you on your path to "Mastering the Hardstyle Kettlebell!"
